ASTM B348 spherical titanium alloy powder TA1/Gr1 powder
TA1 stands for alpha-type pure titanium material with a purity of 99.5% or more, and is one of the most commonly used pure titanium materials. It has good toughness, corrosion resistance and processing performance, and is widely used in aviation, aerospace, chemical industry, medical equipment and other fields.
TA1 spherical pure titanium powder, prepared by IPCA process, has the characteristics of high powder purity, high sphericity, less hollow powder, good fluidity, etc. It is suitable for laser powder bed fusion, i.e., L-PBF process for additive manufacturing, and is used in aerospace, biomedical, automotive electronics and other industries.
